Its a remake of my "If The Sith Had Cavalry" piece with all my newly aquired crafting knowledge worked into it. It is also the horse wearing the collar I show off at [link] Its the first time I have used two metals. Most of the time I stick with a single metal "color" (copper, silver/steel or brass) but here I broke with my custom and couldn't be happier with the results. The horse and rider are both wire core with fabric skin. The metal armor is steel with copper soldered on. The horse's gear as well as the riders is all leather. The rider's necklace is beads on wire. The rider's sword is cold forged steel wire. Update-Wow, a Daily Deviation. I am so happy and proud. Daily DeviationGiven 2009-11-10Catrian Meets Sith by =Moongara It's quite rare to find such an interesting hand crafted soft figurine in anthro. And what really makes this piece is the attention to detail and the effort into the crafting of the armor and leather. Moongara's work is certainly unique and something you'll never find anywhere else. One can really appreciate the time, effort and craftsmanship that goes into her work as well.
